Student Life at the John Cardinal O'Connor Campus
Students can get involved in Campus Ministry by applying for the Faith-Based Community Service Internship, a service-learning project for credit. Interns assist the Office of Campus Ministry in its work of faith development, service, and peace and justice. For more information, contact campus representative Prenella Phillips at (718) 665-1310 or email@example.com.
Students can take part in Plunge Service Trips, during which they spend Spring Break completing a week of service with people in need. Past participants have traveled to Haiti, New York City after Hurricane Sandy, Missouri, Ecuador, and New Orleans.
The Office of Career Development, located on the Main Campus, provides support to all students and alumni in choosing and advancing their careers. Career Development helps students develop effective study and life management skills; explore their areas of interest; create a career strategy; search for jobs effectively; and plan for graduate study.
